YEAH ME!!!

I am sticking with weight loss and have lost 3.5 lbs. in a week. That is almost twice of what I originally wanted to lose in a week, so YAHOO!!! I can do this. I have been watching my calorie intake better and also making sure I exercise everyday either strength or cardio. Just one day at a time. Wish me luck.

Good job Carla! I am working on it too, and my self control really needs a kick you know where... I've lost 20 lbs since my 6 wk pp with Jaina, (which is 15 under where I was when I got pregnant with her!) but it's been a very slooow process, and I still have a way to go...

I know you can do it Carla, it just takes some determination and will power, those are tricky to keep sometimes though. . . I should know!
